Capture as you walk
Take photos and narrate your observations in the iPhone app. Keep the details while they’re fresh.
Bring the visit together
Export the visit from the app and upload its ZIP here. Browse photos, play the recording, and read the phone transcript.
Share the context
Create a read-only link for an owner, colleague, or contractor. Choose when it expires and revoke it when you need to.
A useful record after you leave.
A question about a room shouldn’t mean another trip through scattered photos and voice memos. Open the visit and return to the moment you need.
- Review the original recording alongside its photos.
- Read the phone transcript without rewriting your observations.
- Share a single visit; keep the rest of your library private.
Who is Property Visit for?
Anyone documenting a property: property managers, owners, maintenance teams, and people coordinating a walkthrough. This portal is independent of any particular management company or ticketing system.
What does someone receive when I share?
A read-only page with that visit’s photos, audio, notes, and available transcript. They don’t need an account. Anyone holding the link can view or forward it until it expires or you revoke it.
Does it create an AI report?
AI-assisted reports are planned. The current pilot shows your original media and the transcript supplied by your phone. It does not run a new server transcription or generate an AI report. Transcription can contain mistakes; the recording is there to check.
